The Melhem Holdings Summer Internship Program places exceptional individuals at the center of a global, multidisciplinary platform — gaining real exposure across AI, health systems, pharmaceuticals, strategy, operations, and finance. This is not an observational program. Interns work on live initiatives, contribute to real decisions, and engage with a team operating at the highest levels of institutional health and technology.
Interns are embedded across the full Melhem Holdings ecosystem — gaining cross-sector exposure that few programs anywhere in the world can offer.
Tracks span the full breadth of the platform — from frontier science to institutional strategy to day-to-day operations.
Work directly on AI applications in global health — building models, analyzing data, and contributing to research programs with real-world deployment.
Support the organization's academic relationships, research coordination, and scholarly output across its global institutional network.
Engage with real pharmaceutical access challenges — from supply chain analysis to market strategy for priority regions across the Middle East and Africa.
Work alongside senior consultants on live government and institutional engagements in digital health, AI strategy, and health system transformation.
Contribute to philanthropic programs, medical mission logistics, and capacity-building initiatives across Lebanon, Africa, and the broader developing world.

Support the technical infrastructure that underpins a multidisciplinary platform — from internal systems to digital health products and data management.
Shape the voice and presence of a global institutional platform — across content, brand, digital presence, and institutional communications.
The Melhem Holdings Internship is designed to accelerate. Interns leave with a depth of cross-sector exposure, a professional network that spans multiple industries and geographies, and the kind of institutional credibility that only comes from working on real challenges at a real platform.
